Having 8 floors of student housing along with 8" concrete walls, floors and ceilings that were blocking WiFi signals from entering into rooms. I just wanted to let you know that everything went extremely well with the E-mail Migration and Datto, WAP, and New Server install and configuration that occurred the past 2 weeks. We experienced very few issues that were resolved quickly and your techs did an awesome job while on site and remotely doing the things they needed to do. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible and he answered every question we had in detail.
